1: Become a vendor:: Vendor spots are still available at $35 for non-food vendors. Register by clicking here.
2: Sponsor a Christmas Tree:: We will have tree donated or purchased for decoration. You provide the decorations for one of the trees and you will receive a free spot at the Dec 1 event. We ask that you spend a minimum of $35 on decor. After the event, the trees will be donated to local families affected by Florence and flooding.
3: Swag Bags:: Can’t attend? Put your flyers/keychains/business cards/promotional material in bags that will be given away to the first 100 in attendance on December 1st. See more details below. $10 to add your stuff to 50 bags $20 for 100 bags. You drop it off and we handle the rest!
4: $100 Sponsor:: These special sponsors will receive a booth at our Dec 1 event. $50 towards a FUTURE SHF event AND they will get to hang or display their own signage on our fence for the month of December!! The money raised from these sponsors will go to Children’s activities, Trees (if needed) and funding for the Foundation after the event. Please email Socasteeheritage@gmail.com put $100 sponsor in the subject.
5: Silent Auction Donations:: Donate gift certificates, gift baskets, merchandise etc for a silent auction. 50% will go to SHF and 50% directly to Florence and flood victims. Please email socasteeheritage@gmail.com and put silent auction in the subject. Let us know what you will be donating.
5: ATTEND!! You do not have to be a vendor or sponsor to support our Foundation. Just by attending our events you help us be able to continue community support each year. Thank you!
