Volunteers: For any members of the community interested in volunteering please email socasteeheritage@gmail.com or call (843)900-0205 x 203. Your time can go towards community hours or school hours. We will need help setting up in the morning as well as breaking down in the evening. We also will need help throughout the day at various locations. You can also fill out our contact form Here.

Vendors:  Thanks to everyone who has sent in their forms and payments! Please be patient as we are working through them as received. We will be posting a CONFIRMED vendor list next week, and we will continue to update the list every two weeks. For those mailing payment: Please do not email asking for information regarding your payment and/or form until 3 weeks after your mailing date.

Remember:  In order to COMPLETE your registration you must send your form AND your payment. Payments can be mailed or paid online at Socasteehf.com. (Choose your payment type on the Vendor Registration page to access the vendor form).

*Also please note that we do grant exclusivity to certain vendor types (Mary Kay, Paparazzi, specific food types etc.). Keep in mind you MUST pay and return your form to lock in your spot! As of now, we cannot accept any more of the following vendors:

• Food: Funnel cake and all hot dog varieties
• Food: Snowcones
• Food: Lemonade
• LimeLight by Alcone
